You may use an authorized agent with proof of authorization and identity verification as required by CCPA.

11.8 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

11.9 Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may request information about our compliance with this section by contacting us as above.

11.10 Metrics

If we become required to publish CCPA request metrics, we will do so as required by law.

12. Services we provide to clients

When we install systems for HVAC/plumbing clients (for example AI chatbots on their websites or CRM integrations), we typically process personal information about their customers or website visitors as a service provider / contractor on the client’s instructions.

In that role, the client is generally the business responsible for their privacy notices to end customers. We process that data to deliver the contracted services, not to sell it. Client contracts and statements of work may include additional data-processing terms.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on our website or by email where appropriate.
