1. Who we are

Radical Red Rocket is a business systems consultancy based in San Diego, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through radicalredrocket.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

2. Information you give us

• Revenue Leak Review forms: name, company, email, phone, website or Google Business Profile address, trade, the problem you select, and the information you choose to send. When you request a review, we look at your publicly available website, Google Business Profile, and local search visibility.
• Live notification signup: first name (optional) and email.
• Live business submission: name, business name, email, website (optional), industry, city and state, the problem you select, a description of what is going on, and whether you allow us to discuss your business publicly.
• Booking a call: name, email, optional phone number, time zone, and the time you choose, collected through our scheduling provider.
• Anything you send us by email or in a reply.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the site we collect standard technical information: pages viewed, events such as a form submission, the site that referred you, campaign or referral parameters included in the link, approximate location derived from your network address, browser and device type, and the date and time. Our hosting provider also keeps server logs for security and troubleshooting.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people use and how they found us. It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_*, which can last up to 14 months. We do not run advertising cookies, advertising networks, or cross-site tracking pixels.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your personal information. We do neither.

5. How we use information

• Prepare your Revenue Leak Scorecard and any plan we send you.
• Reply to you, schedule calls, and run those calls.
• Send the follow-up messages and live notifications you asked for.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site and our services.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Notice at collection

When you submit a form, we collect the categories listed in section 7 for the purposes in section 5. We do not sell or share that information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete or correct it at any time using the contact details in section 14.

7. California privacy categories

For California residents, this is how the information we collect maps to the categories defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, network address, online identifiers.
• Customer records: name, phone number, and company.
• Commercial information: services requested, calls booked, work purchased.
• Internet or network activity: pages viewed and events on this site.
• Geolocation: approximate city from your network address, plus any city or state you type.
• Professional information: company, trade, and industry.
• Inferences: the service interest we derive from the problems you select.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or biometric data.

8. How we share information

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the business:

• Hosting and security: Cloudflare.
• Email and customer records: our email and CRM provider.
• Scheduling: our scheduling provider.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.
• Video calls: Google Meet.
• Live player: OneStream, which serves the embedded player on our live page.

These providers process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run third-party advertising networks.

9. How long we keep information

We keep lead and client records for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

10. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collected about you and how we used it.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect it.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will confirm we received it and verify your identity by matching the email address on file, or by asking for additional details if needed. We respond within 45 days and may extend that once by another 45 days with notice. An authorized agent can make a request with written permission from you.

11. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

13. International visitors

We operate in the United States. Information is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
