On-time install: After we have access and your approvals, agreed pieces go live in 14 days, or I finish free. If I’m late after you paid, the next month of host plus blast is also on me. No cash refund of the start fee.

First booked job from the system: If for 60 days after go-live you answer leads fast (under 5 minutes in business hours), approve the monthly blast, and use the one main offer, and the system path doesn’t book one real job (date, time, address, source), the next month is free.

The blast goes out: I send the monthly list blast or that month is on me.

You keep the files: After the first two operating months, cancel anytime with 7 days notice before renewal. You keep the offer, scripts, list plan, numbers sheet, and chatbot exports as scoped. Hosting and the send stop unless you pay a quoted migration fee.
