Yes—at the start. The first 5 shops that fit and say yes get the full Booked Jobs System—same as a paid client—while I build proof.

After the 5 seats are taken, new shops pay $5,000 to start (includes first two months), then $2,500/mo.
What does a paying client pay?
$5,000 once before we start—that covers setup and months 1 and 2.
Then $2,500 a month from month 3 on. Early rate locks until you cancel (30 days notice).
Optional ads (after the system is live): min $10,000/mo ad spend on your card. My management fee is the higher of $2,000 or 20% of that spend.

What happens when free ends?

What do I agree to for a Founding 5 seat?
You agree I can:
- Share your story and results on my socials and website
- Use a written review and a short video review on my socials—and help place them on your Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
- Publish a before-and-after case study of our work on my socials and website
Who films the video? You do—on your phone. Keep it honest and simple. I can give you a few prompts.

If I pay monthly, do you cover all my services—or just one?
We start with one main service so work stays focused.

Do early monthly rates stay locked?
Yes. If you start at an early monthly rate, you keep that rate for as long as you stay a client until you cancel.
My list prices go up later as more shops hire me and I have less open time. New clients may pay more.
What does monthly cost?
$2,500/mo — page, list follow-ups, call-back coaching, weekly numbers.
Optional ads (after core is live): min $10k/mo on your card; my fee is the higher of $2,000 or 20% of spend (e.g. $10k spend → $2k fee; $15k → $3k fee).

Do I have to stay with you forever?

Do you guarantee more money?
No. I never guarantee revenue or ROAS.
