How Radical Red Rocket collects, uses, and protects information on radicalredrocket.com.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how I (Nefer Lopez, operating as Radical Red Rocket) collect, use, and share information when you visit radicalredrocket.com (the “Site”).

Not legal advice
This policy is a practical disclosure for the Site. Have your attorney review it if you rely on it for compliance decisions.

Who I am

I operate Radical Red Rocket — this HVAC & plumbing customer acquisition resource and agency site. For privacy questions or requests, email nefer@radicalredrocket.com.

What I collect

Information you provide

  • Founding / install application — If you submit the application on Work with Nef, I collect name, work email, phone, company, trade, metro, role, job volume, customer-list status, ad budget tier, capacity, biggest leak, and free-text “why now,” plus your confirmations about decision authority and case-study partnership. This is sent to my CRM (Encharge) so I can screen fit and follow up.
  • Leak / sprint / email course — If you use the leak score, join the 7-day sprint, or the 30-day course, I may collect work email, optional name, trade, role, and sprint path so I can send the sequence and related updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
  • Consultation bookings — When you book a discovery call through the Cal.com embed, Cal.com collects the information you enter (such as name and email) under their terms.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) records page views, referral sources, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP), and on-site events (such as tool usage and CTA clicks). GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies.
  • Marketing automation — Encharge.io may record page views and micro-events on the Site and associate them with an email address after you submit the waitlist form or book a consultation.
  • Booking confirmations — When a consultation is booked, a server-side webhook may send booking metadata to GA4 (without email in analytics events), optionally to Encharge, and trigger an internal notification email via Netlify.

Information stored in your browser

  • Theme preference — Light or dark mode (localStorage).
  • Reading progress and checklists — Scroll progress and checklist completion on guide pages (localStorage), stored only on your device.

I do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government IDs or payment card numbers) through the public Site.

How I use information

I use the information above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its guides, tools, and search
  • Understand which content and tools are useful (analytics)
  • Screen founding and paid install applications and follow up on fit
  • Deliver the free 30-day email course and related educational updates
  • Confirm and follow up on discovery-call bookings
  • Measure marketing and conversion performance (aggregate events, not sold lists)
  • Prevent spam and abuse (including honeypot fields on forms)

I use service providers that process data on my behalf:
