What Capture is (and is not)
- Is: track every lead door · own GBP · turn profile into calls · website that captures jobs
- Is not: a green light to scale cold ads (that is Scale / System 11)
- Needs some demand: even low volume is enough to practice. If the phone never rings, still fix Capture for when it does; grow volume in Scale after Convert is tight
